Join the YDSA Annual London Conference

British Marine members are invited to attend the Yacht Designers and Surveyors Association’s Annual London Conference, being held onboard RS Hispaniola on Thursday 8 March.

This year British Marine members will be able to attend at the YDSA members rate of £125.00. British Marine members must state their membership at point of booking to ensure they receive the member rate discount. The rate for non YDSA or British Marine members is £155.00.

The Conference will run from 09:30 (registration plus tea/coffee) until 17:00, with delegates invited to adjourn to the bar onboard RS Hispaniola at the close of the conference. This year’s conference will cover a wide range of topics, including:

•  Expert Witness Training – Bond Solon

•  Rig Specification and Carbon Fibre Claims – David Barrow of Barrow International and Giles Waterhouse from Marine Results

•  Shock Mitigation – John Haynes

•  Insurance Surveys – a discussion panel led by Keith Lovett, M S Amlin
