Marlow Ropes invites your sailing club to host their new interactive UK wide Rope-Show

Launching in September 2018, Marlow Ropes is inviting Sailing Clubs across the UK to host the new MARLOW ROPES ROPE-SHOW, an interactive practical workshop which will enable sailors of all types to learn more about their lines and how to maximise their performance.

With a history dating back to 1807 and known as one of the world’s leading rope manufacturers, Marlow has led the way in engineering quality rope using exotic fibres for various applications across Leisure Marine. As official suppliers to the British and US sailing teams and as a partner to many of the top sailors and competitive race teams in the industry, their products and reputation have been developed as a result of listening to their user’s feedback and innovating new solutions to meet the needs of the changing sport.

Marlow’s rope experts will bring the Rope-Show to a different Sailing Club around the UK once per month starting from October 2018.  Marlow plan to announce their 2018-19 sailing club venues and dates in September at the Southampton Boat Show.

The workshops can accommodate a maximum of 50 individuals (including children over the age of 13) to include members and non-members depending on the club’s policy.

PROGRAMME CONTENT:

The content of the Rope-Show will include four key areas with break-out sessions for splicing tutorials.
