Poole Marine Trade XChange announces latest expert panellist

The Marine Trade XChange 2018 in Poole on Thursday 7 June is continuing to build presence with the announcement of another expert panellist and trade participant joining this important Conference, Meet the Expert and Trade Show Case event.

Organised by the Borough of Poole, in partnership with British Marine, as part of the Poole Maritime Festival, a major focus of discussions will be around manufacturing and equipment supply chain and to identify UK manufacturing capability and availability together with associated business support including international trade. Themes will include the UK’s upcoming EU exit, finance, legal, skills and apprenticeships.

Actisense announces participation
British Marine member Actisense has announced it will be sharing insight into its latest product developments at the Marine Trade Xchange whilst CEO Phil Whitehurst will speak on the conferences expert panel. At the exhibition, Actisense will also provide an exclusive sneak preview of its latest and most sophisticated product developments.

Sitting on the Manufacturing & Supply Chain ‘Meet the Expert’ panel, Phil Whitehurst will be helping to address important issues affecting the UK’s marine industry. With over 20 years’ experience in manufacturing, engineering and exporting, Phil will also be sharing inspirational business advice with other companies from across the country.

Actisense will also provide the first glimpse at their new Wi-Fi Gateway which will make NMEA 2000 data available over WIFI.
