Sunreef presents its MM460 CAT

Sunreef Yachts has teamed up with yacht designer Malcom McKeon to present what is described as a radical superyacht concept – the Sunreef MM460 CAT.

The multihull design features a glass superstructure, which a 60 sq.m flybridge sits ontop. This gives the dual helm positions clear sight lines in all directions, and provides fantastic elevated views.

The main saloon is accessed via full height glass doors, which retract almost the full width of the structure into a seating area with space for 18.

The composite construction is complemented by a carbon fibre mast and boom, and she comes in just under 500 gross tons. With the centreboards retracted, she has a draft of just 3m, and draws 7m with the boards down.

The sail configuration comprises a square-top main, reacher and jib, and the yacht carries a total sail wardrobe excess of 2,500sq.m.

The Sunreef MM460 CAT is a capable and confident cruiser, says the company. She will take transoceanic passages in her stride and she is able to remain self-sufficient for extended periods of operation.
