TheYachtMarket.com Southampton Boat Show to be full with more brands in 2018

Record sales of exhibition space as this year’s Show virtually sold out.

TheYachtMarket.com Southampton Boat Show 2018 will welcome over 80 new brands to its 500+ strong fleet of exhibitors, as well as seeing around 100 companies increase the size of their stand or number of berths this year. The breadth of the marine industry has firmly set course for a successful Show.

This high-demand has seen the Show’s land-based locations, the Holiday Inn area, Solent Park and Mayflower Park which includes last year’s hugely successful Ocean Hall, completely sold out in record time. Whilst the Show’s popular small and traditional boat area, the Arena, is expected to be fully booked in less than a weeks’ time and the Marina, which has been extended to accommodate more on the water activity and retains its title as Europe’s largest purpose-built marina, enjoys very limited availability of remaining exhibition berths.

Optimisation of the event space means visitors to this year’s Show can expect to see even more of the industry’s leading and most pioneering companies, as well as more boats and products than in recent years.

Among the new exhibitors are Tom’s Place, Trinity Marine, Suffolk Yacht Harbour, Dale Sailing and Scorpion Ribs.

Nearly a quarter of the new brands booked to showcase at the forthcoming event previously exhibited at London. They include Jeckells & Son, A.S.A.P. Supplies, ABC Leisure Group, ARS Anglian Diesels and Zhik.

Marking its 50th anniversary, TheYachtMarket.com Southampton Boat Show truly is Britain’s biggest and best boating festival celebrating the lifestyle, fun and excitement that being on the water has to offer and showcasing the latest in marine technology and craft.

Annually hosting over 100 boat and product debuts, already confirmed for this year’s event are up to 20 World launches. Among them are the Spirit DH63, Hallberg-Rassy 57, Jersey 36 ELANCO, Swallow Yacht’s Coast 250 and Jeanneau’s Cap Camarat 6.5 WA, Merry Fisher 605 Marlin, Sun Odyssey 410. As well debuting products from Wasser dek, DockyDock, Dan Volt, The Boat Club, RIB Shack Marine, Advance Yacht Systems and August Race.
