West System’s technical team to demo epoxy at SIBS

West System’s technical team will be running a series of live epoxy demonstrations on its stand (J401, Ocean Hall) at Southampton International Boat Show, showing visitors how to get the most from its epoxy products.

The team will be answering any questions about West System products, offering advice on visitors’ projects and the use of epoxy for boat building, repair and maintenance.

The team will also be able to talk to visitors about the Pro-Set range of versatile epoxies for high-performance composites. Pro-Set epoxy is used in the production of the supremely successful Maguire Boats Exocet Moth, Winder Boats, Merlin Rocket and at Ovington Boats.

Live demonstrations will be held at 12:00 and 14:30 each day on the Wessex Resins stand (J401).

West System and Pro-Set epoxy are fantastic to work with once you know a few key basics, it can transform boat repair for so many people. Coming to these demonstrations will give a great basis for people to start preparing for next season.”

Wessex Resins & Adhesives manufactures West System and Pro-Set epoxy products in the UK under license from Gougeon Brothers Inc. and distributes the brands across the whole of Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
