VIDEO: Leaping shark attacks parasailor
Watch the moment a shark leaps from the water and attacks a parasailor as his feet skim the surface.
The footage shows the tandem parasailor, a 37-year-old Jordanian man, hovering above the water in the port city of Aqaba, Jordan.
According to the Daily Mail, the man lost part of the back of his right foot in the attack which also severed tendons, tore muscles, and broke several bones. Following an operation on his foot at the Prince Hashem Military Hospital in Aqaba, his condition is described as stable.
