Dream Yacht Charter announces sponsorship of 175th Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta Sailing Week

Dream Yacht Charter has announced its sponsorship of the 175th Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta Sailing Week this August.

The annual event is a key part of the town’s heritage and attracts thousands of visitors to the area over the course of the regatta, increasing tourist income and improving community spirit within Dartmouth.

This year’s event commences on Saturday 24th August 2019, with an official Opening Ceremony on 28th August, and is set to last for seven days, with the final activities taking place on Saturday 31st August.

As well as sailing events, including a ‘white sail’ regatta and a ‘yacht and keelboat’ series, the Regatta will offer visitors plenty of opportunities to partake in fun activities, including dinghy racing, crab racing, steamboat rallies and a trolley grand prix. The event will then close with a grand fireworks display.
