Read all about it – British Marine Magazine autumn issue

The autumn issue of the British Marine magazine will be with members very soon, but if you just can’t wait for the postman, the online version is now available to download and share, exclusively for members.

The 19th issue of this dedicated member magazine provides an update on British Marine’s ‘Futures’ project, which is looking at the challenges faced by the industry from a changing consumer.

There’s an interview with the International Trade Minister, who has taken marine under his wing and is keen to see it grow its exports right across the globe.

This Q&A is complemented by ten top tips for companies looking to export for the first time, or those looking to take on a new export market.

Two fantastic member case studies see Fendequip continue the export theme, by looking at the outstanding opportunities they have benefitted from through overseas markets; and Fire Aid International provides a behind-the-scenes look at its training facilities in Hythe and the benefits of rigorous and life-like training.

And British Marine’s Head of External Relations, Brian Clark, tells members a bit about his life and how important the association’s engagement with Westminster is to the industry.
