British sportsboat manufacturer Fletcher is spearheading a recruitment drive as part of plans to double production over the next two years.

Fletcher is recruiting new staff members to add to its expanding production and design teams at its factory in Hambridge, Somerset. Workers are being recruited for a variety of roles in manufacturing including laminators, fitters, designers, sales, and business development.

These vacancies come at an exciting time for Fletcher as the company looks to grow the business and ramp up production over the next two years.

Ed Ahmed, chief product architect at Fletcher, says: “We know the market is set to continue to grow. Our aim with the latest recruitment drive is to enable us to grow the business, develop our product line and increase production line capacity.”

Established in 1960, Fletcher has a reputation for quality within the performance boat market. Fletcher aims to combine its much-loved retro design with modern advances, supplying hand-built performance boats to its customers, all of which are manufactured in Somerset, England.
