Bentley Pontoons expands partnership with Boat Fix

US boatbuilder Bentley Pontoons has expanded its partnership with Boat Fix to introduce Bentley Gold 24/7 Assurance, a service now included with all 2025 model-year boats.

Boat Fix is a US-based company specialising in recreational boating telematics and boat monitoring services. The Bentley Gold 24/7 Assurance plan builds on the existing Bentley 24/7 Assurance programme, which currently offers new Bentley owners a complimentary three-year emergency mechanical advisory helpline.

The updated plan includes the Boat Fix monitoring solution, which will be factory-installed, alongside a custom smartphone app and a one-year subscription to Boat Fix monitoring.

Boat Fix says it is the only remote monitoring company in the boating industry with 24/7 live customer support. This service will be managed through the Boat Fix Alarm Monitoring Centre, based in Southport, Connecticut.

“Bentley Pontoons has been offering its customers our emergency mechanical advisory helpline for a year now, and this programme has been very successful,” says Steve Pitsos, CEO of Boat Fix. “We are pleased that Bentley will be one of the first pontoon companies that will offer boat monitoring, a custom app and our industry-exclusive 24/7 emergency mechanical advisory helpline.”
