Fast approaching – Contracts to exhibit deadline for London Boat Show 2019

Following a successful new-look London Boat Show 2018, the Show will be returning to ExCeL London next year in its five-day format. Taking place from 9-13 January 2019, it will offer some exciting new attractions and an enhanced Boating & Watersports Holiday Show.

The new opening hours for the Show will be:

• Wednesday 9 January: 9am – 12pm (VIP and trade only) and 12pm – 7pm (general public)
• Thursday 10 January: 10am – 9pm (Late Night)
• Friday 11 January: 10am – 8pm
• Saturday 12 January: 10am – 8pm
• Sunday 13 January: 10am – 5pm

The 2019 Show will see the same Show layout with a few tweaks and British Marine will once again be offering a fantastic inland boating attraction to visitors. The all new Boating & Watersports Holiday Show, which was launched this year, will be enhanced with a new lifestyle element to it.

There are a limited number of Boardwalk spaces available. These include a raised platform or accessibility to boats with carpet and lifting if necessary, however exhibitors are encouraged to leave boats on trailers where possible. This is a subsidised package agreed by the British Marine Board and is being offered on a first come first serve basis.

To ensure the team can allocate space appropriately and make the most of planning this important UK sales platform which kicks off the New Year, the deadline for contracts to exhibit is 27 April 2018. Exhibitors who sign up by this date will also receive a special allocation of Boat Show guest tickets free-of-charge.

Contracts have already been sent to previous exhibitors and can be returned to Carol Taylor via email (details below) or post (at British Marine, Marine House, Thorpe Lea Road, Egham, TW20 8BF). If you are interested in exhibiting, please contact Carol Taylor on 01784 223618 or ctaylor@britishmarine.co.uk

Take a look at what companies have said about exhibiting at the Show this year. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive with some great responses from visitors and exhibitors alike.
