New sponsor for Sport Fishing Championship
Marine lighting solutions provider DuraBrite Lights has been announced as a sponsor of the Sport Fishing Championship (SFC), the new sports league which aims to bring together the best sport fishermen from around the world to compete in a series of tournaments.
DuraBrite joins a list of partners that support the SFC, including Garmin, Salt Life, and One Water, with each company keen to promote sustainable fishing practices and protect the marine environment.
Mark DeBlasio, captain at Blue Runner Sportfishing, says: “A great quality light for marine use… We use Durabrite products on all five of our boats.”
As part of its sponsorship, DuraBrite will provide ‘captain’s bags’ for each boat in the championship. These bags will contain a customised version of one of DuraBrite’s products, the Nano Light, along with other essential items.
In addition to the captain’s bags, DuraBrite will be providing monetary support for charities at the event.
A member of the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) and the National Marine Electronics Association (NMEA), Boston (USA)-based DuraBrite designs and manufacturers advanced lighting solutions to for extreme weather applications and operational environments.
