Shakespeare Marine, which designs marine antenna, is now partnering with CalaMarine to sell its products across South America, Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean.

This comes at a time of significant growth and expansion for Shakespeare Marine following the announcement of four new distributors in Saudi Arabia, French Polynesia, Brazil and Qatar earlier in the year.

Earlier this month, Shakespeare Marine reported its most successful year in Asia to date, with a 20 per cent increase in regional growth. This marks Asia as the brand’s largest growth region globally. The company attributes this success to strategic expansions, including onboarding new distributors and strong demand for its antenna products.

Established in 2009, CalaMarine represents premier marine brands.

“With repositioning the sales structure, it made sense to explore options with a partner in South America as it’s a region we are keen to develop,” says Dave Manasseh, international sales manager for Shakespeare Marine who previously spoke to MIN about the company’s distribution strategy. “Following conversations with CalaMarine, I have full confidence in their professional approach and the team’s extensive knowledge of the South American, Mexican and Caribbean markets.”

Ralph Masso, president of CalaMarine (which has details of the company’s services online) adds: “We are delighted to be working for Shakespeare Marine across the region. The team are avid boaters, not only do we understand the products we represent, but also recognise the harsh environments in which marine products work and operate. We can’t wait to get started with this new opportunity.”
