Penpol Boatyard in Cornwall, which can accommodate 60 vessels with an additional six deep water moorings, is up for sale for offers over £2 million.

Brought to market by real estate company Savills, Penpol Boatyard is located in Feock, Cornwall and comes with a four bedroom owner’s accommodation. There is a boat workshop extending 7,232 sq ft and an office with water view. The equipment provided in the sale includes Kato 22 tonne crane, Dory workboat 75hp Tahatsu, slipway winch and assortment of cradles. There is also a fully fitted wood working machine shop.

Penpol Boatyard is situated on the edge of Penpol Creek, off Restronguet Creek, on the Fal Estuary in southern Cornwall. Truro is within about five miles of the property.
