Saxdor extends flagship range with new open 460 GTS model ahead of Cannes premiere
Finnish boatbuilder Saxdor Yachts has announced the launch of the new Saxdor 460 GTS, an open variant of its flagship range, ahead of its global debut at the 2026 Cannes Yachting Festival.
The new model follows the introduction of the Saxdor 460 GTC earlier this year, marking the start of the brand’s flagship line. Saxdor says the 460 range has received strong market interest across Europe and the US, with current-year production slots already sold out.
Designed as a more open interpretation of the same platform, the Saxdor 460 GTS is aimed at those looking for more outdoor living space while retaining the performance and practicality associated with a flagship model.
The 460 GTC features an enclosed wheelhouse layout, but the new GTS focuses on alfresco living, with a spacious deck arrangement designed for entertaining and relaxation. Optional sliding doors provide flexibility in changing weather conditions and the layout is intended to maximise movement between areas.
Saxdor says the 460 GTS has been developed in response to changing boating preferences, with owners looking for yachts that combine cruising capability with a strong emphasis on life onboard.
Erna Rusi, CEO of Saxdor Yachts, comments: “2026 has been a pivotal year in Saxdor’s journey, representing a defining moment in the evolution of our brand. Through continuous innovation, a clear vision and a strong focus on our customers, we have built a new generation of Saxdor yachts and expanded our presence in the premium segment.
“The launch of our flagship family, including the 460 GTC and now the new 460 GTS, is a reflection of our ambition to continue redefining the modern boating experience.”
The Saxdor 460 GTS will make its global debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival, taking place from 8-13 September 2026. The brand will also showcase the 460 GTC, 400 GTC, 340 GTWA and the 320 GTO during the boat show.
