Prizes worth nearly £3,000 on offer with tickets to South Coast & Green Tech Boat Show
MDL Marinas’ South Coast & Green Tech Boat Show is offering registered visitors the chance to win prizes worth up to £3,000 when they book their free tickets to the show, which takes place at MDL’s flagship Ocean Village Marina in Southampton, UK, from 19-21 April 2024.
Raymarine, the show’s main sponsor, will be giving away the following prizes to lucky winners:
For the first prize, the winner will receive a Ray 91 VHF Black Box with AIS Rx. This comprises a full-featured VHF radio system with a built-in AIS receiver that can pick up navigation and safety broadcasts from nearby AIS-equipped vessels and share with compatible chart plotter, radar and instruments on board. The VHF radio system also has a wired handset, passive speaker, and cable.
The second prize will be Raymarine’s Element 9 HV – 9″ Chartplotter, equipped with CHIRP Sonar and HyperVision, with super high-res sonar. Its quad-core performance is said to deliver instant chart redraw, smooth 3D imaging and fast response while on the water. The chartplotter also has Wi-Fi, GPS and HV-100+ transducer preloaded with Western European Lighthouse Charts.
In addition, Raymarine will give away five Lighthouse Charts preloaded with Western Europe Charts on 32Gb micro-SD cards as runners-up prizes.
All registered visitors to the South Coast & Green Tech Boat Show will automatically be entered into Raymarine’s prize draw. The first name selected in the draw will win the first prize, with the following name securing the second prize. The next five names drawn will all receive one of the runners-up prizes.
“Once again, visitors booking their free tickets to the show will get the chance to get their hands on some amazing prizes from our sponsor,” says Tim Mayer, sales and marketing director at MDL Marinas. “Lucky winners are in for a treat with some of the best navigation equipment on the market.”
