Alia Yachts has launched its first new-build yacht of 2025, a 43-metre fully custom raised pilothouse vessel tailored for the Caribbean and US market. The yacht, Project ALY431, named Ximena, is scheduled for delivery later this year.

Built at Alia’s Antalya shipyard, the aluminium yacht features exterior styling by Omega and naval architecture by long-term partner Van Oossanen. The yacht’s design combines a sunken pilothouse, low-profile flybridge, and a pelican’s bill bow to create a sleek and dynamic profile.

Powered by a fast displacement hull form (FDHF), the motor yacht will reach a claimed top speed of 22.6 knots and cruise at 20 knots, with long-range performance at 12 knots.

Ximnea accommodates the owner in a forward suite on the main deck, complemented by four guest cabins on the lower deck. The yacht also offers accommodation for up to seven crew members. Exterior spaces include a foredeck lounge, cockpit, and flexible upper deck providing alfresco areas.

Gökhan Çelik, president of Alia Yachts, says: “For us, the launch of a new yacht is always a very satisfying moment. It is a mixed emotion, as we are also sad to see a project nearing its end. But after years of engineering and hard work, I never get tired of seeing a beautiful boat outside on its trailer bed in all its true majesty. Inevitably, we are always proud of the men and women who work on the boat inside and outside.”

Following final interior outfitting and commissioning, Ximena will undergo class and flag approval before heading to the US, where the yacht is expected to cruise between Florida and the Bahamas.

Ximena is the owner’s first yacht, and he is very happy. She is the perfect boat for the Caribbean and Miami – fast with a shallow draft, lots of crew space and a good gym. She is reminiscent of those classic raised pilothouse yachts, but at 43m, she really stands out for her size. The boat is very aggressive looking, but overall very comfortable with big staterooms,” adds Çelik.

Alia Yachts has additional launches planned for this year, including a 50-metre coupe this month and a 60-metre tri-deck later in the year.
