Astondoa signs exclusive US distribution deal

Spanish boatbuilder Astondoa has expanded its presence in the US through an exclusive distribution agreement with Miami-based Ghost Yachts.
Under the agreement, Ghost Yachts becomes the sole official distributor of Astondoa in the United States. Ghost Yachts will handle sales, service and client support for the full Astondoa range across the US.
“This agreement is a milestone in our journey. The United States – and Florida in particular – represents a global showcase for luxury yachting. Partnering with Ghost Yachts allows us to bring the soul of Astondoa to clients who seek more than a yacht: they seek a unique, tailor-made experience with our family’s signature. Ghost Yachts’ dedication to excellence reflects our values perfectly,” says Ione Astondoa, COO of Astondoa Shipyard.
Founded in 1916, Astondoa Shipyard is a family-owned builder based in Santa Pola, Alicante. The company has been ramping up its international presence in recent years, including new partnerships in Turkey, the UAE and Spain.
Ione Astondoa recently told MIN that the company is rethinking its strategies and strengthening certain markets, such as with international clients who sail in the Balearic Islands and value boats as a solid, high-quality investment.
“We are honoured to represent Astondoa in the United States,” says Bryan Mager, CEO of Ghost Yachts. “Their legacy of craftsmanship and innovation has long been celebrated in the yachting industry. Our clients value authenticity, exclusivity, and excellence — values that Astondoa embodies in every yacht. Together, we look forward to creating unforgettable experiences for American yacht owners.”
Ghost Yachts is a Miami-based brokerage and management firm offering yacht sales, bespoke builds and management services.
