Bainbridge opens new European warehouse and appoints European sales coordinator

Leading distributor of marine products, sailcloth and sailmaking hardware, Bainbridge International is establishing a new wholly owned subsidiary company in Europe, which will hold stock and provide service across the Bainbridge product line, enabling 24-hour delivery to most of mainland Europe.
Inventory of a wide range of cloth will be ready to ship from the Bainbridge Europe warehouse by mid-May and the full line will be available shortly after.
As part of its European business strategy, UK-headquartered Bainbridge International has also appointed Elodie Rosa, effective 5 May 2025, as European sales coordinator. Based in Palma, Mallorca, Rosa already has a good knowledge of Bainbridge from her four years as a customer of the company.
Last year, Bainbridge International restructured its management with four new divisions created to deliver a tighter focus.
In addition to offering sailcloth and cover fabrics, which are woven and finished in the EU, including the market-leading AIRX spinnaker nylon – used on both the TP52 World Championship and J70 World Championship winning boats – Bainbridge is the world leader in sailmaking hardware. The company’s Aquabatten division introduced the new TP battens at Metstrade 2024.
For the 2025 season, Bainbridge introduced its new VMAX spinnaker cloth (AIRX for asymmetric boats, VMAX for symmetrical spinnakers), as well as a new Spinnaker Cruise cloth, ideal for cruising boats.
