The board of directors of Baltic Safety Products, a safety equipment manufacturer based in Sweden, has named Martin Netinder as the new chief executive officer.

Henrik Andreasson has been serving as interim CEO since the departure of Johan Löfkvist from the role in 2024.

Netinder has previously worked at brands such as Peak Performance, State of Elevenate, Internetstores, Addnature and Callaway Golf.

“With a background that combines both strategic and operational leadership, we are confident that Martin’s strong drive and commercial focus will further strengthen Baltic’s position — both in existing and new markets,” says Patrik Söderström, chairman of the board.

“I am proud and honoured to be entrusted with steering the helm of Baltic,” says Netinder. “Together with the team, I look forward to navigating towards both familiar and new horizons. Baltic is a brand built on quality, long-term vision, and strong trust among our users.

“Now it’s time for the next chapter, and we have many exciting initiatives ahead. As we chart our course forward, we remain anchored in our commitment to safety, ensuring that lifejackets and water safety continue to be at the heart of everything we do.”

Baltic has manufactured lifejackets since 1977. The company has distribution in approximately 50 countries and is one of the largest firms in the European lifejacket market.
