Barton sponsors BM’s Women in Marine Industry reception
As part of its Boat Show line-up, Barton Marine – leading global supplier of marine deck hardware – is proud to sponsor British Marine’s annual Women in Marine Industry drinks reception at this year’s TheYachtMarket.com Southampton Boat Show 2017.
The company will also support one of its valued boatbuilders, Drascombe by Churchouse Boats, as it celebrates 50 years of business with a drinks party, on stand A018 on Friday 15 September from 16:15.
Barton Marine is proud to support long-standing, British boatbuilder, Drascombe by Churchouse Boats, as they mark 50 years of business at the show. Dating back to the early 1960s, Founder John Watkinson, built himself a boat for his family, based on the desire for a daysailer capable of being trailed, safe and stable. This, the first Drascombe Lugger, was an immediate success and over the years more models were created: Dabber, Longboat, Coaster and Gig, which are still built by Churchouse Boats today.
Barton Marine has supplied Churchouse Boats for years, currently supplying Barton’s Victory Wooden Blocks to enhance the classic design of these traditional sailing yachts.
