Barton supports Women in the Marine Industry event

After a two-year recess due to covid, Seawork’s Women in Marine Industry event returns in person for Seawork2022. Sponsored by Barton Marine, the session will take place at 16:00 on Wednesday 22 June in the Maritime Journal VIP Lounge.

Barton says it’s proud to enable networking opportunities for women in the industry, providing marine peers time and space to share stories and career pathways, to encourage everyone to overcome challenges and embrace the possibilities of achieving personal goals within the industry.

Alongside guest speakers – Lorna Wagner programme manager (careers and outreach) at Maritime UK
and Becky Walford port safety QHM – there will be the opportunity to meet colleagues from across the commercial marine sector, hear about key industry developments, and expand your network of connections.

Sign up for Seawork – it’s free to attend – and add the Women in Marine Industry event.

Whilst at the show, you can meet the Barton’s marine team on stand B29 where you can see the range of new marine equipment on display and review new applications for the commercial marine sector.
