Biograd Boat Show plans 2026 expansion

Organisers of the 28th Biograd Boat Show have confirmed they will move the catamaran segment to Biograd Port City, as part of an expansion to accommodate growing interest in the event, which takes place at Marina Kornati in Biograd, Croatia, from 21 to 25 October 2026.

Around 50 vessels are currently on the waiting list for the show. The port and town promenade will form a free-admission exhibition area featuring lifestyle exhibitors.

The annual in-water event is organised by tourism firm Ilirija, which says it expects more than 400 exhibitors and over 500 new vessels to be displayed this year.

Exhibitors will have access to a new Biograd B2B app, which will include a business directory listing exhibitors’ products and services, a meeting scheduler and event reminders.

The entertainment programme will include promotional events and corporate parties during the show. Ilirija says dealers have well-stocked inventories, which could give buyers more options on pricing and delivery times.

The Biograd Boat Show attracts domestic and international visitors and exhibitors and is a meeting point for Croatia’s nautical industry. It marks the end of the boating season and the start of a new business year, with industry events and an evening entertainment programme running alongside the exhibition.

Biograd B2B

Biograd B2B is a business platform and networking programme held during the boat show. Business visitors can register to take part and schedule meetings with exhibitors and other B2B participants.

As part of the Biograd B2B programme, the 10th HGK Croatian Nautical Days congress will run from 21 to 24 October 2026. The four-day congress programme will include industry meetings and presentations, giving industry representatives an opportunity to discuss sector issues with government officials and other stakeholders.

The eighth Croatia Charter Expo will also take place as part of Biograd B2B, from 21 to 22 October 2026 in Hall D. The event brings together Croatian charter fleet providers with international charter agents, brokers and suppliers. Croatian charter fleets represented at the event account for more than 3,000 charter yachts.

The Biograd Boat Show is a member of the International Federation of Boat Show Organizers. The organiser also participates in the federation’s development and shares its business model with other members.
