Boatlife and Marine Industry News partnership announced

The NEC

BoatLife, a lifestyle brand and boat show, has announced Marine Industry News (MIN) as a trade media partner, adding to the growing list of exhibitors and partners involved with the new brand.

The inaugural BoatLife Live event will be held 17-20 February 2022 at NEC. A boat show in the Midlands has been talked about for many years and the team says it is proving as popular as expected. The team have sold over 70 per cent of the space with brands including Brig, Beneteau, Red Paddle, Zodiac Ribs, Suzuki, Bavaria, Fairline, Grand Ribs, Parker Boats, Sea-Doo, Moomba, Bayliner, Aquaspirit Ribs, Four Winns, Supra Boats and Excel Ribs.

Also exhibiting will be holiday and equipment companies including Freedom Boat Club, Castle Marinas, ProMarine Finance and SBS Trailers.

Marine Industry News produces a daily independent online newsletter and quarterly publication which brings together the latest news and industry insight to over 12,000 marine professionals. BoatLife says this makes Marine Industry News “perfectly placed as a trade partner for BoatLife”.

Richard Dove, BoatLife director, says: “We want to collaborate with companies at the heart of the industry and to have Marine Industry News as part of the team and support us is brilliant. This partnership is about much more than putting a logo on a website; we will work closely with MIN to develop new ideas for the show that will benefit their audience.”

Mike Shepherd, MD and founder of MIN, says: “It’s important that the marine trade engage with boating consumers through boat shows and other face-to-face events throughout the year. With more than 12,000 marine trade professionals reached daily we are happy to help the BoatLife events team communicate with the industry. This is a great time to be involved in boating and the renewed interest in recreational marine from consumers and brands alike is fantastic to see.”
