Cantronik Ltd unites itself with the Veethree Brand
CANtronik Ltd is proud to announce its rebranding as Veethree Technologies at BAUMA 2019 in Munich.
In 2017, Veethree acquired CANtronik having identified the opportunity to enhance the group’s software capabilities and to increase its commercial footprint in the European market. Veethree Technologies (formerly CANtronik), are specialists in software development and systems integration, whereas Veethree is a worldwide supplier of on/off highway and marine instrumentation, sensors and displays.
Over the last two years, group companies have worked diligently from either sides of the ‘pond’ to ensure a successful cohesion as Veethree Group. The new brands will serve customers over 6 continents and 35 countries, operating in the Aerospace, Truck/Bus, industrial, farm equipment, marine & military markets.
James Cope, Marketing Manager for the Veethree Group says: “Over the past 2 years, the technology development and product fulfilment groups based in different countries have come together to align their objectives and service their global and regional clients more effectively. BAUMA is a global event that brings most of our non-Marine customer worldwide to a single platform and thus presents an ideal opportunity in time and place to announce our future plans”.
In parallel, Veethree Electronics and Marine LLC based in Sarasota, FL will rebrand itself as Veethree Electronics updating to the new Group branding.
Bauma 2019 takes place from the 8th to the 14th April, at Messe München International, Munich. Veethree Technologies will be exhibiting at Hall B5, Booth 426.
