Choose to cruise with new Quicksilver Activ models

Quicksilver has launched two new Activ 605 models ahead of Southampton International Boat Show, powered by Borrow a Boat, this year: the 605 Cruiser and 605 Bowrider.

Following the success of the recently launched Bowrider range, the redesigned Activ 605 Bowrider has not only been streamlined in its design but is also now longer and wider to offer even more comfort for up to six people on board.

Activ 605 Bowrider

With a maximum of 150hp supplied by legendary Mercury power and the largest fuel tank in its class, this new bowrider will keep you on the water longer and get you even further.

The versatile bow area can be converted simply into a sun lounge without the use of extensions and the deep cockpit area with high free boards and stylish bow rails provides a secure navigation experience for children and adults alike.

The cockpit area can be turned into a social area for chatting and dining and just as easily into a sun lounge with a special flip-up mechanism on the back bench. The helm can also be customised with plenty of room to mount your choice of electronics, including a 7” GPS/Chart Plotter.

Activ 605 Cruiser

The Activ 605 Cruiser will be making its global debut at Southampton International Boat Show this year and is now the most compact cruiser in the Quicksilver range. Offering room for up to six people in addition to overnight capacity for two without compromising comfort, this new vessel is perfect for weekends out on the water.

The unique deck layout offers easy access to both the cabin and foredeck, whilst the cabin itself features a U-shape seating area which is easily converted into a double berth.

The 605 Cruiser can also take up to 150hp from Mercury power and, with an extra-large fuel tank of 160 litres as standard, you can go wherever the wind takes you without looking back.

“These two new Quicksilver models are a welcome addition to our Marine Leisure portfolio and Quicksilver has really put a lot of effort into the details that make life aboard easier,” commented Ben Allen, General Manager for the Marine Leisure Division, E. P. Barrus Ltd.

“In these new 605 models, design and function come together to deliver ample space in a compact size which will only make boaters want to spend as much time out on the water as possible!”

Find out more about the new Quicksilver boats as part of the range on stand F020 at Southampton International Boat Show 13th – 22nd September 2019.
