CoCo Yachts Cruiser delivered to China

A new CoCo Yachts Coastal Cruiser 268 has been delivered to Xunlong Shipping Co., Ltd. of Shenzhen, China. This vessel, named Xunlong 9, is the third vessel in a series of CoCo Yachts aluminium high-speed passenger vessels for this operator. The vessel will be used for passenger transportation between Macau and Shekou.

The aluminium high-speed passenger vessel is designed by CoCo Yachts B.V. of The Netherlands, and built by Plenty Shipbuilding Industry of Zhuhai, China. The vessel has a new lines plan which is said to improve the speed, ensure the course stability and reduce fuel consumption. 

The company recently reported that the first of two CC-400 ferries for WuZhiZhou Island was launched.

The ferries are built by Yaguang Technology Co., Ltd. of Zhuhai (China), and will sail between Sanya Hainan and WuZhiZhou Island, a popular tourist attraction.

A CoCo Yachts Coastal Cruiser 331 monohull has also been ordered by North and South Sea Shipping Co. of Taiwan and is being built by Glow Marine Ltd.of Singapore.

The Coastal Cruiser 331 is said to be a great vessel for high speed sailing. The hull construction is designed for sailing in waves up to 4.0m and a maximum vertical acceleration of 1g (9.81m/s2).
