Cox Marine announces recruitment drive

Cox Marine is hosting a careers open day on 23rd October at its Brighton City Airport headquarters as it seeks to recruit around 15 new employees (entry is by emailing in advance). The company says this is driven by it ‘ground-breaking marine diesel outboard engine’, the CXO300, which went into production in May 2020. Production is about to ramp up as the company experiences high demand.

The company is seeking to fill 10 vacancies in its busy production team, three positions in logistics, two in quality, and a number of other positions in its sales and engineering divisions.

“This continues to be a very exciting time for everyone at Cox Marine,” says Richard Lind, head of enterprise excellence. “Not only is the CXO300 diesel outboard a truly innovative product, but we have also created a complex, high precision, ‘no-fault forward’ manufacturing facility using cutting-edge technology to deliver a game-changing and highly sought-after product for the global marine market. This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic team of people that are delivering a revolutionary engine.”
