CRN announces a new 67m yacht

The Ferretti Group’s brand CRN has signed a contract for a new 67-metre steel and aluminium yacht, a fully bespoke design and build: hull number 143, named project Maranello.

Ferretti says the owner’s insistence on sustainability chimes with the shipyard’s own passion for safeguarding the environment. Thus, Ferretti says the CRN M/Y 143 is an innovative and eco-friendly one-off pleasure yacht with a state-of-the-art hybrid diesel-electric propulsion system for greater energy efficiency and significantly reduced fuel consumption.

The 143rd CRN vessel is the eighth creation in CRN’s partnership with Nuvolari Lenard since 2001. She follows yachts like Magnifica (43m), Clarena (46m), Saramour (46m), Azteca (72m), Atlante (55m) and the latest the 62-metre Voice.

According to Ferretti, CRN M/Y 143 has ‘a potent sense of style’, with ‘taut, fluid’ aerodynamic lines.
