D-Marin’s ‘Latitude’ membership scheme unveiled
Marina operator D-Marin, has introduced a new membership scheme, Latitude, at boot Düsseldorf 2026.
The scheme, for eligible annual customers, brings member benefits under one offering and adds extra privileges. Latitude offers members annual berthing privileges, extra D-Marin’s ‘Happy Berth Days’, integrated smart sensors, extra boatyard days, additional parking, complimentary beach access (where applicable) and a welcome gift box for guests.
The Latitude scheme launches in Turkey this month (January) ahead of a wider rollout in 2026.
D-Marin says it has chosen the name ‘Latitude’ to represent ‘more than a coordinate’, with the name encompassing ‘geographical freedom, the freedom to explore, space to dream and choice to belong.’

Following a hugely successful 2025 with lots of awards across the business, we’re continuing our focus on customer satisfaction with the launch of the Latitude scheme.
“Our Net Promoter Score increased to 62 in 2025, the highest in its history, which reflects the combined impact of our hospitality focus, digital enhancements and updated infrastructure. Introducing the Latitude scheme will continue our thoughtful, human-centred approach where every detail is anticipated, ensuring interactions feel effortless and intuitive.”
Guests will be able to access the Latitude benefits through the D-Marin app, which plays a pivotal role in the company’s digitalisation strategy.
The D-Marin app is now used by 93 per cent of its annual berth holders, enabling customers to manage bookings, contracts and receive real-time updates. The group’s Smart Pedestals and Smart Sensors support operations across the group, providing insights on mooring activity, vessel movement, energy and water use, weather patterns, and security. According to D-Marin, these systems are designed to enhance safety and operational efficiency, affording customers with full visibility, predictable costs and effortless control over their time and resources.
This progress builds on more than €10m invested in transformational IT solutions in recent years, enabling D-Marin to deliver the most advanced digital marina experience in the marina sector.
