De Antonio Yachts has reorganised its commercial department and made new leadership appointments, as the firm looks to strengthen its international presence and expand its distribution network.

The Barcelona-based boatbuilder, which operates with production centres in both Spain and Poland, has named Thibaud Maudet as chief commercial officer. He is responsible for leading De Antonio Yachts’ global commercial strategy and team.

Constant Colders, who has led the commercial department for the past five years, becomes commercial director for APAC & MEA. He will oversee distributor growth and sales across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Africa.

Company co-founders and CEOs Marc de Antonio and Stan Chmielewski say: “We believe these markets hold strong potential and could represent up to 30 per cent of De Antonio Yachts’ total sales in the medium term.”

Yann Salez, who joined the company in 2024 as commercial director for the United States, will continue to lead operations from Miami. His role focuses on expanding dealer partnerships across key states.

The company is also preparing to introduce its new 60-foot flagship, the D60, which will premiere at the 2025 Cannes Yachting Festival this September. The yacht is equipped with four concealed Mercury outboard engines, and the firm says it is designed as a high-performance model with a contemporary profile.

The E23 – the builder’s first electric boat – rolled out in spring 2024 and was selected as the official electric boat of the 37th America’s Cup.

The E23’s deployment at the America’s Cup in Barcelona marked a significant milestone in the company’s history, propelling it onto the world stage at one of sailing’s most talked-about events.
