Flexiteek expands production in US as growth strategy ramps up
The Flexiteek International Group, developer and manufacturer of synthetic marine decking, has opened its new headquarters for its Flexiteek USA division in Lake Park, Florida.
This strategic milestone supports the company’s expansion into the US market.
Demonstrating a significant investment by the Flexiteek International Group and its parent company, Watrium, the facility increases the company’s growing global production capabilities and supports Flexiteek’s manufacturing and production hubs in the UK, Sweden, and Poland.
Adam Ramsden – who joined Flexiteek in March 2025 as CEO – says: “This expansion into the USA is a key step in our long-term growth strategy. The new headquarters in Florida not only strengthens our global operations but also enables us to better serve our customers across America and Canada with increased production capacity.”
Synthetic decking development
The high-performance synthetic decking manufacturer launched its latest synthetic teak decking, Flexiteek 3, at METSTRADE 2024, where the product was shortlisted for the DAME Design Awards.
The new Flexiteek USA facility is equipped to accommodate future growth, with a growing workforce and expanding production capabilities. It is expected to create local jobs and represents a long-term investment in the community.

Flexiteek was established in 2000. The new Flexiteek 3 range is made using a bio-attributed PVC, removing fossil-fuel based PVC for the first time.
Flexiteek 3 is available in 15 colours including the company’s new Tritone range. The range includes six dark wood and monochrome colours available.
