Flexiteek names new CEO

Flexiteek International has named Adam Ramsden as new group CEO, with Ramsden having joined the company in March 2025.

Ramsden has worked in the marine industry for the last 17 years in senior leadership roles in multi-national manufacturing companies.

As CEO, Ramsden will be responsible for developing group operations and all commercial activities, working alongside Tomas Gustafsson in Sweden and Scott Berry in the UK who form part of the senior leadership team.

The company recently launched its Dame award-nominated Flexiteek 3 range.

In a post on LinkedIn, Ramsden says: “I am absolutely delighted to be joining Flexiteek and really look forward to working with the team and our valued customers.”

Anders Wilhelmsen, chairman at Flexiteek International says: “I am delighted to welcome Adam to our growing team. With his extensive 17 years of marine experience, he brings invaluable expertise to this new role, helping to drive our business forward and expand our opportunities.”

Last year, the manufacturer of engineered synthetic decking and marine products moved to a new state-of-the-art facility in Fagersta, Sweden, after more than 23 years in its original production facility.
