The organisers of the Genoa International Boat Show have confirmed the dates for the 66th edition of the event, which will take place from 1 to 6 October 2026.

Piero Formenti, president of the Italian Marine Industry Association, comments: “The Genoa International Boat Show continues to expand, innovate and confirm its role as a strategic asset for the entire recreational boating system, as demonstrated by the figures achieved by the edition that has just come to an end.”

At this year’s 2025 Genoa International Boat Show, the roundup reported increased participation on the 2024 show, drawing in 124,248 visitors, over 1,000 boats on display, and 4,050 sea trials took place.

The 2026 edition will maintain the event’s distinctive “five shows in one” format, featuring Yachts & Superyachts, Boating Discovery, Sailing World, TechTrade and Living the Sea, all designed to highlight the full spectrum of the marine industry’s supply chain.

These sectors will be complemented by TechTrade days, the Design Innovation Awards and a platform for emerging startups driving new development.

Formenti underlined that the announcement of the dates represents the “clear intention to reaffirm the show’s identity and value as a key industry event, consistent with its growth and international positioning strategy.”

Next year’s programme will continue to feature a schedule of sea trials, technical forums and industry conferences, many hosted in collaboration with Italian and European institutions under the patronage of the European Commission. Topics will include innovation, sustainability and training opportunities.
