Goodyear enters the marine market with G-Tender
Goodyear is entering the leisure marine sector with the launch of the Goodyear RIB by G-Tender.
G-Tender, a brand of the Sardinian shipyard Tender One and official licensee of the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, is behind the newly launched RIB. The Goodyear RIB by G-Tender was unveiled earlier this month in Milan and is scheduled for launch during the 2025 Genoa International Boat Show in September.
The Goodyear RIB line is designed by architect Marco Ciampa from Olbia, who has been collaborating with Sardinian shipyard Tender One for several years. Ciampa and the team are already working on the expansion of the line. The licensing agreement has been facilitated by IMG Licensing.
Goodyear RIB by G-Tender
The project is based on the G-Tender line by Tender One, an Italian company founded by Davide Gessa and based in Porto Rotondo, Sardinia, Italy.
As the first model in a lineup ranging from 10 to 16 metres, the Goodyear RIB G-10 measures 10.6 metres and can accommodate 24 people. Powered by two Yamaha 450 XTO outboard engines, the RIB has options for bow thruster or joystick control. The Goodyear RIB G-10 features a carbon fibre T-Top with coloured weave, Atelier Zanasi upholstery and helm seating upholstered in patented carbon fibre fabric, which has been developed exclusively by Evolution Tech Lab.

The official launch will take place at the Genoa International Boat Show from 18-23 September 2025.
