Gulf Craft debuts two new models in Abu Dhabi
Luxury yacht manufacturer, Gulf Craft debuted two new models over the weekend at the Abu Dhabi International Boat Show (24-27 November 2022), the Majesty 72 and Silvercraft 32 WA (WalkAround).
The Majesty 72
The latest model in the Majesty Yachts range, the Majesty 72 (21.99m) is said to bridge the gap between the Majesty 62 and the Majesty 100, with larger exterior entertainment areas, an optional hydraulic swim platform and comfortable crew quarters.
The latest collaboration between Majesty Yachts and Netherlands-based Phathom Studio, Gulf Craft says the interiors have been crafted with luxury, practicality, comfort and technology in mind.
Powered by a Twin MAN V8-1200 engine, the Majesty 72 is capable of achieving a top speed of up to 30 knots and, with a draft of 1.23m, is able to navigate shallower waters.
Silvercraft 32 WA (WalkAround)
Designed for family days out, weekends afloat or fishing trips, the Silvercraft 32 WA measures 9.85m and has a cabin that includes an open area forward that converts into a queen-size berth, a well-equipped galley, and a generously sized en-suite.
With an option of twin 300hp or 400hp outboard engines, the Silvercraft 32 WA can reach speeds up to 42 knots. At a shallow draft of 0.59m, she is said to provide a stable ride and ease of manoeuvrability in all seasons or varied weather conditions.
“Across our 40 years, we have built a strong foothold both locally and internationally by providing our customers with a wide array of vessels,” says Gulf Craft’s chairman, Mohamed Hussein Alshaali. “Whilst our superyachts continue to intrigue customers around the world – especially with the Majesty 160 and Majesty 111 – which were both announced this year, we have also had a terrific response to our leisure line range of vessels locally and in the region. As a result of this demand, we have decided to expand our offering with the introduction of two new models to provide our customers with more choice to find the perfect boat or yacht to suit their needs.”
These new models from Gulf Craft follow hot on the heels of the debut of the company’s Majesty 120 at the 2022 Cannes Yachting Festival in September.
Gulf Craft also hit the headlines recently when one of its luxury motor yachts hit a reef in Qatar.
