Inland and Coastal highlight marina safety at SIBS 2025

Inland and Coastal Marina Systems will return to the Southampton International Boat Show (SIBS) with its Get Onboard Safely campaign, highlighting safety in marina access.
The company is based at stand H394 in New Wave Hall, alongside The Yacht Harbour Association (TYHA), for the duration of the show, which runs from 19-28 September 2025 at Mayflower Park in Southampton.
Throughout the week, Inland and Coastal will join The Yacht Harbour Association (TYHA) on stand H394 in New Wave Hall, where the team is sponsoring the daily exhibitor stand drinks – with the exception of Wednesday 24 September, when IGY is sponsoring the Awards Reception.
Visitors can expect the same warm welcome as last year, complete with the return of Guinness on the stand. These relaxed gatherings, designed to put safety top of mind, are often described as a highlight of the show.
The event also marks the launch of Harbours and their Masters, a book by sailor and adventurer Mark Ashley-Miller. Inland and Coastal supported Ashley-Miller’s voyage around the UK aboard his vessel Good Dog, during which he visited harbour masters across the country. Visitors at the show can step aboard Good Dog, meet Ashley-Miller and hear accounts from his journey. He will also give a talk on Monday 22 September at 4pm at the TYHA stand, discussing both his travels and the role of harbour masters today.

Jon Challis, head of business development at Inland and Coastal, says: “Supporting Mark’s incredible journey was a natural fit for Inland and Coastal. Harbour masters are often the first line of safety for boaters, and Mark’s project embodies the spirit of our campaign – ensuring everyone can get onboard safely, wherever they are.”
Inland and Coastal has more than 20 years’ experience in designing and supplying pontoons, gangways and water access systems. Its products include GRC decking and durable pontoon solutions designed to support safe marina access.
The Inland and Coastal team will be present at the show to discuss projects, provide technical advice and demonstrate its solutions. Meetings can be arranged by contacting the team via email.
