Lippert Marine promotes Becky Beckman to sales director

Lippert Marine has promoted Becky Beckman to director of marine sales, expanding the leadership team within its marine division.

In her new role, Beckman joins the existing director of marine sales, Jason Hamood, in a new, two-director structure.

LCI Industries, through its Lippert subsidiary, supplies engineered components to the outdoor recreation and transportation markets for original equipment manufacturers and the aftermarket.

The news comes just weeks after Patrick Industries and LCI Industries entered into a definitive agreement to combine in an all-stock merger, subject to shareholder and regulatory approval.

In June 2026, LCI Industries confirmed the departure of president and CEO Jason Lippert, and appointed independent director Johnny Sirpilla as interim CEO.

Beckman has worked at Lippert for several years and has built experience in dealer relationships and customer support within the marine business.
