Investment group partners with Turkish boatbuilder

Turkish boat builder, Dromeas Yachts has announced that Lotus Investment Group has invested in its group of companies, including DRM Advanced Composites, which opened last year (2022).

The company says the new investment and strategic support from Lotus will enable it to expand its business globally and enhance its production, performance and quality to unprecedented levels.

With a full order book well into 2024, Dromeas’ expansion plans include the addition of new models, including smaller yachts under 28 feet, the new 38 Series, and a 40-plus foot flagship model in 2024.

In May 2022, Dromeas Yachts opened a UK head office in MDL’s Hamble Point Marina in Southampton.

“We are delighted to have Lotus Investment Group as our new partners and board members to support our long-term goals,” says Efe Kuyumcu, CEO of Dromeas Yachts. “Their investment and expertise will be instrumental in achieving our ambitious growth plans and bringing our exceptional yachts to customers worldwide.”
