Marina Port Valencia opens berth sales – latest details on redevelopment

The redevelopment of Marina Port Valencia is making progress and is launching berth sales and rental options across its marinas. This process will be rolled out in phases, alongside the ongoing works.

The Marina Port Valencia, which released details on the development in 2025 and 2024, comprises three marinas. Marina Norte is set within one of the most open and exclusive areas of the development, offering direct connection to the open waters of Valencia Bay. Marina Norte will accommodate yachts up to 130 metres and will be home to offices, restaurants, co-working units, retail premises and landscaped spaces.

Marina Sur – also set at the entrance to the bay – will be home to yachts from six to 115 metres LOA. The area will feature a dedicated technical zone for yacht maintenance and operations, along with refit & repair workshops and offices for yachting companies. A dry dock is planned for the space in the future, which will expand on-site berthing and services for yachts between six and eight metres. Marina Sur will provide a hub for watersports, bringing together specialised companies and clubs including sailing, rowing, kayaking and other disciplines.

Located closer to the city of Valencia, Marina City is due to be the first to be delivered, with availability expected at the start of the season. Positioned within the innermost area of the port, it will accommodate yachts from 12 to 130 metres. Marina City features one of the project’s most exclusive pontoons, the central pontoon, with berths from 15 metres in length available on 10-, 15- or 20-year leases. It will also include berths for yachts between 24 and 60 metres.

Boats will benefit from services including 24-hour security, fuel supply, parking and environmental management, alongside a wider range of developments spanning leisure, innovation and yachting services.
