MarineMax appoints sales and brokerage director

Collin Heimensen, who has been general manager of MarineMax Clearwater since 2017, has been named national sales and brokerage director for MarineMax.

The recreational boat and yacht retailer says Heimensen will lead and support sales and brokerage operations across MarineMax’s extensive network in this expanded roles, driving strategic growth and elevating the customer experience.

Heimensen will be tasked with aligning sales practices, performance standards, brokerage excellence, and team development, and will partner with sales leaders nationwide to deliver strategic initiatives.

His goal is to ‘ensure that every sales and brokerage transaction reflects MarineMax’s commitment to excellence, consistency, and care’.

Heimensen has over 30 years of experience in the marine industry and was previously general manager of MarineMax Clearwater, one of the company’s flagship locations. His career also spans leadership in both coastal and inland markets.
