Nanni has entered into a new partnership with Allpa, a major player in the European marine equipment market, to strengthen its presence in the Netherlands and Germany.

The collaboration, announced at METSTRADE 2024, is focused on expanding distribution zones and introducing Nanni’s product range in these important markets, as the firm targets growth in the marine leisure sector.

Allpa, established in 1971, is a maritime wholesaler with operations in both the Netherlands and Germany. The company provides over 65,000 marine equipment products. Allpa’s CEO, Jarno Berkhof, recently spoke to MIN about the firm’s recovery from a devastating fire that tore through its Dutch headquarters in September.

“We are excited to announce that we can add the Nanni leisure product portfolio to our range in Germany,” says Berkhof. “This cooperation will enable us to service our OEM clients and the region with delivery and after-sales of a complete range of marine solutions. We do believe that the blend of our strengths will bring significant added value.”

In Germany, Nanni’s motors and generators are available to meet the requirements of both professionals and leisure users, prioritising reliability and durability. Meanwhile, in the Netherlands, the focus includes yachting engines with 700-1,200hp common rail models, known for power density and efficiency. Soundless generator models from the Q4500 and Q6800 ranges have also been introduced for the yacht and superyacht segments, offering quiet operation tailored to high-performance environments.

“This partnership is strategical to enlarge our offer to the central Europe leisure marine industry. Nanni is providing today a wide offer of products going from boating, sailing, up to yachts and superyachts engines and power generators,” says Gregorio Passani, CBO of Nanni Group. “Partnering with Allpa means fulfill the all-engine room equipment systems: this synergy, allows booth companies to offer a full package, matching on boat builders needs.”

The news comes a month after Nanni named Enata Marine as its official distributor across the Middle East, covering markets in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar and Kuwait.
