NeilPryde Sailing announces 29er Class Association title sponsorships for the 2019 season

NeilPryde Sailing has been named the exclusive Official Technical Clothing Class Sponsor of the 29er Class Association for the 2019 and 2020 seasons.

As part of the sponsorship agreement, the iconic watersports clothing and accessories supplier will be headlining the sponsorship of two key events for the 29er fleet during both years, the NeilPryde Sailing UK 29er Winter Championship which gets underway this year at Draycote Water on 2^nd February and the NeilPryde Sailing UK 29er National Championships and Eurocup at Pwllheli, from 6th August to 11th August 2019.

The 29er Class, which started in 1998, is one of the most highly competitive youth classes in the world attracting over sixty young British teams to compete in national and international events.  The powerful dinghy is a stepping stone in pre-Olympic training for many young medal hopefuls.

NeilPryde Sailing, which is renowned for its innovative development of neoprene and other fabrics to provide warm flexible protective clothing and a range of accessories, will provide the prizes at the National Championships and Winters Championships as part of the sponsorship.

As an exclusive partnership benefit, the 29er Class members will be able to purchase NeilPryde Sailing clothing and accessories at privilege rates online.

NeilPryde Sailing is already proud of its ambassadorial ‘Team Riders’ which the company supports in their 29er campaigns.  They include Charlotte Ormerod and crew Jess Jobson who together won the Torbay Summer Championships in 2018 while sponsored by NeilPryde Sailing, and Team Riders Ben Willett and Aled Llewellyn-Jones who have recently transitioned into the 29er fleet.
