New spinnaker pole ends from Ronstan

Australian sailboat hardware company, Ronstan has launched new keelboat spinnaker pole ends suitable for tube sizes from 50mm to 100mm.

The new outboard spinnaker pole ends, RF1664 and RF1665, feature anodised aluminium bodies with grade 316 stainless steel hardware. Opened with an internal trip line and automatically closed when the integrated trigger is depressed, the company says they are quick and easy to operate. Holes are provided to suit shackle or rope loop for topping lift and forguy attachment.

Suitable for standard 50mm and 70mm spinnaker poles, the outboard ends can be used on pole sizes up to 100mm by adding one of the range’s acetal sleeves, or a custom sleeve on request.

For use with end-for-end spinnaker pole configurations, the outboard pole ends can also be paired with one of the new inboard spinnaker pole ends for a dip-pole set up.

Ronstan’s new inboard pole ends feature a durable acetal body with grade 316 stainless steel hardware. The toggle dimensions are said to suit typical mast hardware, including Ronstan’s RC13046 ball bearing car.
