Ocean Safety strengthens sales team

Ocean Safety sales office manager Mary Clark

Ocean Safety has appointed Mary Clark as its sales office manager.

Based in the marine safety specialist’s Southampton headquarters, Clark will be responsible for the management of Ocean Safety’s internal sales teams.

Ocean Safety says Clark’s sales management background, coupled with extensive customer-facing experience, makes her ideally suited to driving its sales strategies and procedures to offer a cohesive service to its customers.

Sales director at Ocean Safety, Mark Acaster, comments: “We are delighted to welcome Mary to Ocean Safety. Her logistical, operational and sales experience will strengthen our expert team, providing additional expertise and support.

“Our goal is to ensure we supply our customers worldwide with the safety and survival equipment they need to comply with local and international legislation, or industry best practice, whether for commercial, recreational or military use.”

Last month (March 2023), Ocean Safety announced its range of commercial liferafts meets the new ‘Red Ensign’ standard for United Kingdom conformity assessment procedures for marine equipment and is now approved to carry the Red Ensign logo.
