Florida-based turn key telematics provider Osmosis has announced an exclusive partnership with STW Technic, a provider of electronic solutions for mobile machines and off-highway vehicles.

Under this agreement, Osmosis — part of the Correct Craft portfolio — will distribute STW Technic’s telematics hardware for the marine industry. The partnership builds on more than five years of collaboration, with over 15,000 recreational watercraft already equipped with STW Technic’s technology.

Marine telematics refers to the monitoring of vessels using real-time data on location, engine performance, and maintenance needs. It can enhance safety, efficiency and make fleet management more straightforward.

As the exclusive distributor, Osmosis will provide marine manufacturers and dealers with telematics hardware designed for real-time tracking, safety features, over-the-air updates and preventive maintenance.

Osmosis has always been committed to bringing the highest-quality products to the recreational marine industry,” says Shane Stanfill, president of Starflite Technology Group, which operates under Correct Craft and oversees Osmosis. “The design of STW Technic products delivers unmatched durability and performance, offering the robust reliability that premium brands and their customers demand.”

Osmosis’s platform integrates with STW Technic’s hardware to support GPS tracking, battery monitoring, digital boat manuals, service reminders, and diagnostics. The Fleet View solution enables dealers to monitor fleets, manage inventory and service boats using real-time data.

“This collaboration with STW Technic presents an exciting opportunity to revolutionize the marine industry’s digital ecosystem for manufacturers, dealers and boat owners,” says John Sibiski, director of sales and marketing at STW Technic. “By combining Osmosis’s deep expertise in recreational marine telematics with STW Technic’s advanced hardware and control solutions, we’re delivering an intelligent, data-driven platform that enhances vessel monitoring, optimizes performance, and makes every boating experience smoother, smarter, and more enjoyable.”

In a statement, both companies say they plan to expand their telematics offerings through a next-generation product roadmap designed for different marine market segments. Future developments will integrate AI-enabled hardware and software tools to enhance decision-making and functionality for boaters and industry professionals.
