Shipyard group Palumbo Superyachts has signed a commercial agreement with Italian RIB specialist Novamarine for the production of customised tenders for the ISA Yachts, Extra Yachts, Columbus Yachts and Mondomarine brands.

The agreement, signed in the Italian city of Ancona in November 2025, outlines a process through which tenders will be developed in collaboration with architects appointed by Palumbo Superyachts and Novamarine’s technical department.

Palumbo Superyachts and Novamarine say that, by collaborating on customised tender production, they will provide a coordinated process for brands across the group.

Palumbo Superyachts builds yachts and superyachts in composite and metal across a range from 98ft to 328ft.

Giuseppe Palumbo, sole director of Palumbo Superyachts, says: “For Palumbo Superyachts, every detail must reflect a precise idea of beauty, quality and personality. This is why the collaboration with Novamarine represents a natural step in the evolution of the services we offer to our yacht owners. We share the same vision: combining performance, design and craftsmanship to create exclusive, truly bespoke products. This partnership allows us to offer tenders that reflect the excellence and identity of the Palumbo Superyachts brands, ensuring a complete and seamlessly integrated onboard experience.”

Francesco Pirro, chairman and CEO of Novamarine, adds: “We are very pleased with this agreement, which confirms Novamarine’s prestige in the pleasure segment and will enable us to work synergistically with partners who share our same vision. Our common goal is the highest level of product customisation, because each yacht owner has different needs and, for us, personalisation is a fundamental part of the boat-building process. The Palumbo Superyachts brands will be able to benefit from the full range of the Novamarine catalogue, offering a proposal that is perfectly tailor-made for every type of client.”

Palumbo Superyachts was established in 2008 with the creation of the Columbus Yachts brand. The group expanded in 2016 with the acquisition of ISA Yachts and moved its headquarters to Ancona. It acquired Mondomarine in 2018, which specialises in new builds and refits.
