Pantaenius UK expands operation

Plymouth based Pantaenius UK, part of the Pantaenius Group, has opened a second office in Southampton.

In addition to its expansion, the boat insurance firm has also released a new range of products for the UK market, specifically developed for yachts and motor boats.

This new range has been developed to further diversify the broad cover Pantaenius has traditionally offered, making Pantaenius more relevant to a larger number of boat owners, both further afield and closer to home.“We know that the marine sector is diverse and that’s why the new Pantaenius cover options have been specifically developed with different boat owners in mind,” says New Business Manager, Andy Crick.

The new Pantaenius Yacht Cover Plus policy is said to provide the most comprehensive cover available in the UK, offering additional cover and higher limits as standard. The new policy offers a more conventional standard level of cover at competitive premiums. For motorboat owners, there is cover for mechanical breakdown, damage caused by misfuelling and loss or damage to fuel, all included as standard.
