Patrick Industries announces CFO transition

Patrick Industries has announced a transition in its finance leadership, with Matthew Filer appointed executive vice president – finance, chief financial officer and treasurer, in line with the company’s executive succession plan.

He succeeds Andrew Roeder, who informed the company on 29 December 2025 that he will step down from his role. Roeder will remain with the company through the filing date of its Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2025.

Filer joined Patrick in November 2022 as senior vice president of finance. He served as interim executive vice president – finance, chief financial officer and treasurer from May 2023 to March 2024, and was elected chief accounting officer in May 2024.
